3. Supplier Listings & Subscriptions

3.1 Free & Paid Listings

  • Suppliers can register for a free listing or upgrade to a paid subscription for enhanced visibility, lead generation, and additional features.
  • Listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the mining industry.
  • We reserve the right to approve, modify, or remove listings that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

3.2 Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Paid listings require a monthly or annual subscription, processed automatically via Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed excluding tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
  • By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation.
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust the pricing of subscription plans. Any price increases will be communicated to Subscribers in writing with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the change taking effect.
  • The Company will not implement more than two (2) price increases per calendar year. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscribers can cancel at any time through their account dashboard or by emailing accounts@australianminingreview.com.au.
  • When cancelling, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, but you will retain access for the remainder of the period you have paid for (e.g., until the end of the month or year).
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months, years, or unused access.
  • We may terminate subscriptions for non-compliance with these Terms.

4. Lead Generation & User Interaction

  • Users can send direct inquiries to suppliers through our lead generation forms.
  • We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of leads.
  • Suppliers are responsible for responding to inquiries professionally and in good faith.

5. Content & Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

By using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Engage in spam, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website operations.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

5.2 Intellectual Property

  • All content uploaded by suppliers must be original or properly licensed.
  • By submitting a listing, you grant us a license to display, promote, and share your content for marketing purposes.
  • We own the platform design, branding, and proprietary features, and they may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of performance or accuracy.
  • We do not endorse or verify suppliers listed on the directory.
  • Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging a supplier.
  • We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions between users and suppliers.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may track listing performance data (e.g., views, clicks, inquiries) and share analytics reports with subscribers.
  • By using our site, you consent to receiving marketing emails (opt-out available).

8. Procurement Pulse Terms & Disclaimers

  • Procurement Pulse displays publicly available procurement opportunities or tenders provided to us by companies directly.
  • We do not own or originate these tenders unless explicitly stated.
  • We do not influence or participate in contractor selection or award decisions.
  • All users must independently verify the accuracy, deadlines, and submission requirements for each opportunity.

9. Business Development Data Terms

  • Business Development Data contains publicly available information, including key contact names and business emails.
  • This information is made accessible solely for legitimate B2B purposes within the mining and resource sector.
  • Users may not download, distribute, or republish this data in any form.
